Partner banks and establishments allow you to convert points from their programs into miles for Etihad guest. They can also be earned through patronage at partner companies. You can use miles to book your flight, access lounges, have guaranteed excess luggage, among other things. Miles can also be redeemed for Apple products, fashion brands, travel accessories, and other retail products. Etihad Guest Tiers range from Silver, Gold, to Platinum and are dependent on miles collected. They also have Etihad Guest for Business which can be used as a marketing tool to be offered for both employees and customers to reward them. This special program is mostly unique to Etihad.

They also have a unique “raffle draw” where you can use miles to purchase a raffle ticket for a chance to win a prize, such as tickets to the Abu Dhabi Grand Prix.
